I have a civic hatch with a gsr and greddy turbo w/o bluebox.

I have a jackson racing FMU, missing link, and a VAFC with 440cc injectors.

I do not have an inline pump or resisitor box to run the hack ...

I just cleaned my missing link out and im still gettting a damn code 3 for MAP sensor.. its still reading boost... what gives!@

 

You might want to start of getting that resistor box put in place . You could also have faulty wiring with that VAFC also.

 

maybe one of the o-ring seals is bad on your missing link.. take it off, inspect the rings.

i checked the 1 o ring i saw.. how many are there supposed to be? bear in mind i recently bought this vehicle from a dealer.. so i dont know what all is included with the missing link. i just know its obviously not working...

i was wondering if the VAFC would somehow mess with that missing link though. i know it does go into the map sensor to adjust the output voltage, but it still shouldnt cause it to read boost.

i know i should just get hondata and solve all my problems.

 

for god sake ditch the missing link when using the vafc why doesn't anyone believe me on this? you dont need it trust me.

 

resistor box isnt for the hack, its for any injectors... you are going to **** up your ecu.

 

just use the vafc with the 440s+resistor box. thats all you need.
