will this work everytime i find one for sale it says it works on 0bd1-2 cars and i have a 0bd0 so can i use this or not any info is welcomed thanks......
I don't know if you can get it to work, cause the OBD1/2 car's MAP is mounted on the TB, since our OBD0's MAP is on the firewall the missing link is designed to just go INLINE with the vacuum line, whereas the OBD1/2 bolts directly on the MAP.
You can always just use the aquarium check valves instead- costs like $1 vice $50 for the fancy MISSING LINK.

DON'T DO IT MAN.
If your going to get the check valve then get the missing link no cheap *** aquarium things. That **** stays with the fishes. Spend the $50 bux and get the missing link.
And to answer your question, it's a no.

This is the OBD1 one where it's inline vs

You will have to get the second one unless you have a newer type TB.

All the MISSING LINK is is a fancy check valve. If the guy just needs to get his car running- there's no difference other than show between the 2.
if you want one for your car find a synapse dealer and the part number you need is ML002 retail is around $60 but i'm sure you can find them cheaper

Bro your like comparing a screw and a tie strap. Both would work but one would actually work better.

How would it work better, they both do the EXACT same thing. I ran both and both did the purpose- avoided a CEL.

I'm not arguing, all I'm saying is a Missing Link is basically a fancy checkvalve. If this is the only thing keeping this mans car off the road, by all means use a couple aquarium check valves, it ain't gonna hurt anything.
