missing link
easy question for the turbo guys, what does a missing link do and doe u absolutly need one for a turbo setup...any explanation appreciated. thanks

it bleeds off boost before it reaches the map sensor.....if the map sees boost then it will throw a check engine code and put your car into limp mode.

Like onemore said, it bleeds off the boost so your MAP doesn't see boost and throw you into limp mode.
With a chipped ECU running crome, uber, hondata, ect you don't need a missing link or check valves.
