Default mis-firing system

In japan, they sell aftermarket computers that dliberately make your car mis-fire. Its designed for turbo-charged cars and is suppose to be good for track racing.

my Question: Has anyone heard of these or have them? and how do they improve the performance of your car....?

it's a system the reduce turbo lag. It's used on WRC cars. It cuttoff the ignition when you let off the gas, and the unburned fuel will burn in exhaust manifold which helps turbo to spin. Good for cornering. That's what I remeber. I think I miss something, but you got the idea.
