Default mini-me turbo hondata, conversion, suffering from analysis paralysis

Here's where I'm at.

I'm building a mini-me for my DPFI dx chassis 1989 civic. I've finally spent so much time working on this, that I officially don't know where to start first on the wiring. read on. I just don't want to re-do everything 4 times and find out harness changes are wrong for the next step, or some $300 harness I bought is now crap because I should have started with the other piece first, and gotten a different harness yet again.

I have a d16a6 block, and a d16z6 SOHC VTEC head, and am also converting to MPFI from DPFI, AND to top it all off I'd like to run Hondata S300 on a p28 ecu to go to obd1. AND then put the turbo on it.... Frankly. Even though I am loosely wrapped around each little process, as a massive process, I'm not sure which to do first.

All at one time, I need to do the following:
convert from DPFI to MPFI
convert from obd0 to obd1
convert head to d16z6 and run and wire for VTEC
convert to p28ecu and add Hondata S300
add turbo, injectors, and update MAP sensor.

I need to know if there is one massive thing I can do, or should I just go at it one little step at a time. Like I'm thinking do the DPFI to MPFI conversion, and make it run. Once running, do the head, dizzy and VTEC conversion. Then when it's running, put the turbo on and go to Hondata.

I've kind of overwhelmed myself a bit on this. I don't want to re-do everything 4 times. I guess that's what I'm up against.

I'm finally to the point of analyzing it so hard that I'm just not getting anything done. I need a solid start point, based on the project at hand.

*sniff*, insert muffled weeping...

Sent you a PM, but you need:

Rywire DPFI to MPFI with OBD0-1 Conversion Harness all in one. Slight wiring needs to be done, this makes it MUCH easier to go all in one step.

You need the Distributor and ECU for OBD1...to convert. And the rest of the normal parts for the VTEC head (head gasket, head studs).
