Microtech LT-8
My Microtech finally arrived. I'm still looking at the harness but everything looks good so far. Thought I would post up pictures as well. Does anyone have any suggestions, tips or anything when installing/using Microtech? This is my first time with Microtech. I will make a tech oriented post after the install and after Blown90Hatch/Jason and I have a little time with it.

Re: Microtech LT-8 (0x64)
Talk to the guys at Central Florida Turbo... they have them installed in just about everything... LoL.
But that'd be where i'd go if i had any questions about it. Its also where i'd go to have it tuned, since they know it so well

I dont know anyone at Central Florida Turbo and I dont plan on them tuning so I wont bother them Blown90Hatch and I are going todo everything. Blown90Hatch is more than qualified to tune and I trust him more than anyone.

* 32 bit Motorola processor
* Tunable in MAP or TPS or a combination of both
* 16x16 load sites (Talked to Tim at Microtech. They are going to release an update for 32x32 load sites next year)
* Air temp correction
* Hard cut RPM limiter
* Soft cut RPM limiter
* Internal map sensor (25PSI)
* Aux inputs/outputs
* Datalogging
I want to get some hands on experience with this before I post any comments on it. I paid $750.00 for the unit and harness.

One of the shops cars is making over 600 to the wheels, daily driven one Microtech, and the other is at like 540 something daily driven... and theyve installed them in everything from Civics to WRX's, to old school rotaries... If you are serious about wanting to know tips or tricks, then contact them 321-235-9959... even if they aren't doing the tuning, i'm sure they'd be willing to help you out.

Damnit. I knew my post was going to come off negatively to some people. That's why I put the smile at the end. I couldnt think how to word it right. Didnt intend for my post to come off negatively or with ANY hostility toward you

I have a Precision GT30r on the way. I cant hide any of my build as bits and pieces are on Honda Tech It's going on a fully built 1999 B18b in a 1992 Honda Civic CX. The only things that set my build apart from other's is the Microtech, custom camshafts and a little auxillory device/injection I have not posted about yet.

Hondata is great but the s100 and s200 development are lacking IMHO. Uberdata seems to be pushing forward. One thing that caught my eye at first was the IAT compensation in Microtech. The customer service has been nothing but great as well. Let's hope that doesnt change.
