Ill start this off we did this with only 1200 dollars to spend we did it for fun and not to make any crazy hp it took us a lil over a month to do it all. I'm not looking to get bashed on or made fun of I just want to show fellow ht members wat we did with extra parts we had or got for cheep and some spare time. The car is a 93 integra ls with a jdm b16 swap all stock Motor Except for arp head studs. Now for the parts.....

Arp head studs. $120
Walbro 255 fuel pump. Already had
Rx7 460cc injectors. Got from junk yard for. $20
Ebay front mount intercooler and ic pipes. $180
Turbosmart ultragate. Already had
Cxracing manifold. $89
Volvo 13c turbo. Free. With atp adaptorplate I kno the turbo is small but it was free a pretty fresh.
Ebay oil lines. Feed and return. Already had
We had a local shop make us the down pipe and. Dump tube for $300


Sorry I really don't have many pic of the build but I do got some I will post the link so you can view the car... the car was tuned on neptune. At innovative motorworks in pa it made 198whp. And 174tq. On 8 psi. Futrue upgradess bigger turbo and injectors

right on for building your own car. how is spool with that tiny turbo? is it standard t3 flanged. I scored a t3 from a thunderbird for $75 for my budget sohc and it was almost in mint condition, I sold the exhaust mani and o2 housing that came with it for $70 lol. $300 seems a bit much for building a dp and dump tube. I sourced my materials for mine and spent no more then $50 plus the cost of welding wire/ high temp paint/ header wrap.

Spool is quick with that little turbo hits full boost right around 3k and pulls pretty hard till about 7,400rpms and starts dieing off the motor redlines at 8,200 so that's not to bad. And yeah I kno the shop got us good for the down pipe and dump tube but we don't have a welder or kno how to weld so
We had to pay that much. And yes it is a t/3 flange but it is wider in the center hard to explane we needed a adaptor plate for it

And that's real good hp numbers for your 1500 build. We want to make about 300 to 330hp after we upgrade turbo and injectors

if you push those 460s you can make 300whp. I made 314whp with dsm 450s on stock fuel pressure.

they were at 112% duty cycle on my s300 lol. still worked. prob not a good idea though.

Wow that's crazy. I wonder how long the injectors would last if you where to keep running them at that duty cycle lol.

they were like that for at least 4 months before I got 550s. I really didn't worry about it, I got the injectors for $20 and it was a ls motor which are a dime a dozen around here.

yeah i was surprised, well it already has a built b16 in it when i bought it, i bought all the boost parts.. and got a GOOD *** deal on a gt42r (on a b16, it sucked lol spooled at 5500)

1000cc injectors, etc.. all under 1500. i would of went for 400, but didnt have a boost controller

Yeah we would have went with more power to but didnt have a boost controller eaither. We are running waste gate psi witch is 8psi. We did a lot of research on the 13c turbo we are using and it good for about 230hp so the little turbo has some more room for power but not much lol

haha I have a "16G" turbo off ebay, brand new.. its good for like 350whp ill sell to you for 100?

No thanks. I have one that I got from a junk yard. It has a tad bit of shaft play not much at all. Got it for 30 bucks but we don't want to use it On this project. I will probly just end up selling it they are nice little turbos too. So are the big 16g from the evos

Thanks man. This car is actally my brothers car. I own a 91 civc but I have owned 2 integras befor I bought the civic I own now. Basicaly my bro paid me to help him turbo it. And make it reliable told him wat parts to get and let him use some of my parts I had laying around that I have no use for at the moment. He helped out a lil but he not really a hands on person when it comes to cars he just likes driving them lol
