Default mbc with internal wastegate?

I have this crappy ebay MBC that i thought would work (mbcs function the same). From what i know, it's a bleeder type mbc. I dont know if i am hooking it up right or not because it didn't come with directions, and the T that it came with has like a restrictor on one of the ends. It's not a CHECK VALVE. I got it to hold 10psi, but as i'm going through the rpms, it kinda stutters and leans out at 4500. Without the mbc hooked up, the car functions fine.

you're hooking it up wrong, dont use the "T" and just connect it to the diaphram.

The top label might be backwards as well, turning the boost up is actually to the left and not right.
