we use both PWR and Garret cores. We no longer use the maxrev cores.

For data on our PWR cores, since you claim that they do not work, please reference the following post:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=667698

this is using one of our 8" cores on a stage 3 kit, 1.2 bar boost on a hot arizona day (105 F)

What do I have to gain by posting false information on Honda-Tech? I’m just trying to help the consumers on here. Unfortunately this works against the dealers. Do you work for a tuning shop or something?
If I've offended you, I’m sorry.

I'm just helping consumers get a better product.

You didn't offend me. It just sucks when people who really don't know what they're talking about come onto a board, and start talking ****.

Your not helping anyone, and if you think u are, you need to do a little more research.

However I will say this. I guess its nice that you tried.

I never claimed that they don't work. I was just stating that Extruded tube and fin cores are not as efficient. When we test our intercoolers we measure Inlet temp, Outlet temp, ambient air temp, Pressure drop across the core and CFM to get the efficiency.

</TD></TR></TABLE>

how much more efficient are your cores compared to ours? some data would help

hmmm...so the PWR came in 2nd out of the 4 tested. it must not be that inefficient with out any data to represent your tests, its kinda hard to make a statement like that and back it up dont ya think.

can you please supply us with your data, test conditions, analysis, etc.

I find it odd that a new user will just signup and cares so much that honda-tech users get the right info that he writes page long posts to just "help" everyone, yet at the same time promotes AIS like it is gospel.... and you deleted your other posts???

If in fact AIS is a better product we would consider using it, but i need to see your test data before i do anytihng

so stop trying to talk around the question/request like a freakin politician who hasn't been coached on a certain answer and just provide them with the test data. you don't even have to post it publicly....just email it to one of the full-race guys and let them analyze it for themselves.

wise man once say:

"he who talks poo without proof to back it up, probably is just full of poo himself."

okay okay it wasn't a wise man. it was a wise guy......me. fact remains...you're talking an awful lot without any actual proof to back up your claims.

oh and by the way, it's HKS, not HKdollar.
