Default Max Rev BOV question

Hey i got a quick question about a max rev bov. I bought my custom kit and it came with a Billet max rev bov, the problem is im going to be using steel jc whiteney piping for my charge pipes, but an aluminum flange obviously wont weld to steel, so my question is does anyone know if max rev makes a steel flange for this? Ive tried calling them and emailing them but ive gotten no response.

Buy a blitz steel flange. Go to titanmotorsports.com. Max REv took about a month to make me a steel flange...so i had to buy one from here.

Are they basically the same? I heard they were, but that's it..I just heard. I thought it was the Greddy flange that it more resembled.

hmmm...I had my flange welded on no problem. I wonder yours really is aluminum? I thought they were gonna start making steel ones.

What are you talkin about man, that BOV works great! Not only does it sound awesome, but it works perfectly. I wouldn't have it on my car if it didn't work well.

After looking over some BOV's, I am pretty sure you need a Greedy Type-S flange. That should work for you. I don't think the Blitz will work from looking at it. If you got a problem with the BOV once installed let me know. Most people don't know what they are talkin about. The damn thing works, and works great. Probably one of the best BOV's out there. Like I said I wouldn't have it on my car if it was a POS. Just need to know what your doing to make it work right if the valve is not opening. Peace!

Here is a picture of the steel flange you need. It's 8 bux from http://www.roadraceengineering...s.htm

As you can see it should work with your BOV. Also from what I read the Greedy flange actually works with the HKS racing BOV as well. So I guess a lot of people have based there design on this flange. Hope this helps.

It's not a Greddy Type-S flange. I have both BOVs and I can tell you first hand it isn't the Greddy flange. Go with the Blitz as I was told at RPM NYC, and also a member above has pics showing his success with Blitz. I'll post pics later on of a MaxRev and Greddy comparison. They are similar shape, but not the same size.

If that's the case then get the Blitz bro. There you have it. I run the aluminum since I have all aluminum piping.
