Default max psi vs 440 inj.

maybe a stupid question but i've got precision 440 injectors in my stock ls/v with head studs and rod bolts. right now i'm running 8psi, if i turn it up, whats the max, so to speak, i can run one these injectors? all i want is a round about.

Psi is means nothing...around 300whp

I runned 19psi with RDX injectors and 60psi base pressure. d16z6 and hy35 turbo. Maxxed out but afr was steady.

Depends on base fuel pressure how much HP you can get out of any injector but yeah 440's are usually good to around 300whp, they can be pushed further if you have a fuel pump to support higher pressures

Fuel pressure will only go so far as well. If you max out the injector duty cycle get ready for a rebuild. When it comes to injectors, if in doubt go biggger. No one likes melted pistons and blown motors.

Eric,

I see you posting in here.. you know that the injector cycle is not to exceed 85% which will be the work of your tuner to get the most squeeze out of the 440s.
