These intercoolers are a little over $200 and will work well for you.

ok thanks for the info, i had a dsm smic but it dint work for me cause i dint have enough room behind the right side of the bumper. i guess i'll have to settle for a front mount on ebay or something.
Screw you guys, I'm... going... home.

I would say 5-6 psi tops, and that's only if you have good engine management, your compression isn't too high, and the weather isn't really hot. You probably don't want to hear it again but intercooling is like getting *nearly* free power and reliability.
I mean, you can boost without intercooling, but it's like playing baseball without wearing a cup.
It's your choice, it's your *****...uh, I mean motor, but I think it's about the cheapest insurance you'll ever find. How about the IC out of a mkIII supra, probe, mr2? No need for the bling bling unless that's what you really want. Good luck.

I ran 7 for close to a year on an LS, had one or two 9 psi glory runs.
The thing about non-IC is if the compressor is properly matched and all that physics ****, you make more power at lower boost than most ideal IC'd setups. I repeatedly raced an LS1 Z28 on 5 psi non-IC a couple times back to back, each time his rear bumper pulled to my front bumper on the launch and he pulled exactly one car on me by the time we hit 70 mph. If I hadn't had OverblownTeg's heavy 200lb **** *** in the CRX, might have been different.
I don't think having no IC is a bad thing, I just think you need to monitor intake charge temps to make sure you don't have a "bad" non-IC setup. Honda engines are fragile, and are more prone to detonating under high temps than many other engines. There is a whole camp of domestic owners who swear by non-IC turbo setups (on street cars) for several reasons - cost, complexity, being a street car and not a race car, and the fact that a badly chosen IC costs you power.
