MAX. HP. Level for a T3/T04E ???
Dam, so now that my beautiful exhaust manifold is crap, haha, what manifold do you guys suggest as far as durability/flow/etc... inline pro makes a pretty good stainless cast manifold right? or should I go with the tried and true log type. I ran a revhard manifold for a few years. That thing cracked all over the place...especially down the middle. I'm thinking of seeing how far i can push the t3/t04e and if its not enough when i'm done, I guess i'll move on to the t3/t-61. Thanks for all the responses guys, keep'em coming, I need all the help I can get! Here are a few pics of the engine and manifold, since I can't seem to get my pics to show up in my post.

B.S. There is no way that a 60 trim will flow that much. I believe 500whp level, since i have personally seen the car on the dyno make that amount of power. A 60 trim will max out around 25psi, even on a 2.0L with the works your looking at 550whp maximum and that is even a high figure considering the engine must have extensive head work to be able to flow enough at high psi levels. The 60-1 will support 500-600whp level, maybe and that is at above 25psi on a worked 1.8~2.0L engine. For anything that drives on the street, you cannot put that much power down so its basically worthless. The 60 trim is the best wheel IMO to shoot for the 500whp goal, and still drive the car on the street.
He said 500 at the crank, which is ~440hp at the wheels. Thats is doable with some TO4E housings depending on turbine housing.
That type of HP is never easy on a T3 turbine housing but still possible, but if you even need to ask if its possible you probably dont need to be trying.

There are a TON of companies making manifolds for the H series, just not the H23, those bastards...... anyway you have a H22 so not ure problem...... check out STR, Venom, Golden Eagle, Skunk2, and AC autotec, they ALL make manifolds for the H22 motor- I can get a good deal on the AC stuff if you're interested
