max bore on stock sleeves

my next rebuilt im planning going whit some 81.5 bore 9.5-10:1 compression piston boosting 20 psi= +-420-450whp
is that pushing a litle

I think the service limit for the b series motor on overboring is .020"/.5mm over.

at 250 hp thats already somewhat almost at the edge. for anything over 12psi. i'd recommend sleeving the block for strength and longevity.. compared to a stock sleeve.
