Default map sensor code after run to full boost; using MSD 3 bar sensor

Car works perfect until you make a hard run and then I get a map sensor code and the car will stall and the a/f ratios get really lean. I just installed a 3 bar MSD map sensor.
Car is gated for 8psi.

Any ideas?

what program are you running? If your only gonna boost 8 psi, just keep the stock in.

we're using BRE 2.0

everything is going great, and the a/f's are bang on low 12's, but after a quick run, the CEL comes up, and the mixture leans way out. the car will stall, and seems to go back to normal after restarting.

we're using the 3bar because today is supposed to be "up the boost" day.

small update...
the car is still leaning waay out after a pull through a gear or two, and resets after restarting. we did manage to wideband tune the car for 12psi, and it drives perfectly, until the map freaks out. so it's not the tune...
however, the dash CEL is staying on all the time now.
i tried another new sensor this morning, and same thing. so it's probably somewhere else. still getting the map sensor code though, and also code 7 (tps).

going to try and check things out with an ohm meter after work.

any input?

has anyone else ever had a 3bar map, or any map sensor, freak out after a WOT pull?

bump, with more info...

so the dash CEL seems to be staying on at random. sometimes i'll fire it up, the light's off, and it runs amazingly. other times, the light's on, and it drives well, but has a slight stumble every now and then. after a hard pull, it goes bananas, and i have to restart the car.

i dunno.
i just wanna get to work on time.

looks like its a known problem with BRE 2.0; Ben O. said switching to v2.2 will solve this.
We'll let everyone know how it goes
