Default MAP sensor + boost help.....

This is for my friends car. It's a 96 integra LS. need to run 15 psi. He got a gm 3bar. and aparently he doesn't know how to hook it up. Let me know if this is right.

Vacume line to intake manifold, and wired like this.... grd is - green/white, MAP signal - White, 5V is yellow/red.

Also he has a stock ecu, is this what he needs to be able to run over 11 psi? If not what does he need?

3bar only is good for a standalone like hondata... won't do you any good on a stock ecu... the wire diagram is on http://www.hondata.com

Ok he has a VAFC in his car as well. What do i need to make it boost over 11psi and run right? Do i need this missing link or the check valves?

96 integra LS turbo VAFC, stock ecu. looking for over 11 psi and for it to run good.
