MAP sensor
well I have a built engine that would be a severe waste if not. I am going for about 16psi. Yes i know the stock map sensor with hondata will read up to 11psi.

Stock MAP sensor doesn't read to 11 psi, Hondata misinformed you.
GM 2 bar (off everything GM forced induction except the 89 turbo trans am) reads 14.3 psig maximum, you want GM 3 bar.

According to AEM EMS literature max reading is 10.94 psi. Can anyone verify if that's correct/incorrect?

Never seen better than 10.6 for 92+ era MAP sensors.
85-91 net 9.25 psig tops.

im running 12.5 on my stock map sensor . you are misinformed.

Well your MAP sensor cant tell you running 12.5! Only about 11, did Mase tune your car?
