Default manual or electric

i was curious to what you use to set your boost level with? i was wondering if it was worth it to get a EBC. i heard good things and bad things about them.

if you use an EBC what type are you running? was it worth the purchase?

i havent seen any EBC made especially for hondas.

Tell us a little bit about your setup, goals, what ems your gonna be running, etc.

A nice setup is to use aem, hondata, etc and use the boost control with that and a boost solenoid. That way everything is controlled and tuned and you can use boost by gear once you start making a lot of power.

It all depends on the user. alot of ppl use manual with the hondata systems. I know alot of ppl who use the GM boost solenoid with aem, but that might be a little extensive for your goals.

Purchase a solenoid and set up PWM boost control through the S300.

I would reccomend going with the hondata boost solenoid since you are already using the s300. I def would not go with a GM boost solenoid due to the fact they are "normally open" and if your solenoid fails you overboost. Where as the hondata one is "normally closed" and if something fails you just go right to spring pressure in the wastegate.

s300 does not come w/ boost solenoid. you also have to have the ecu chipped to run pwm boost control.

You'll still have to add the components necessary to complete the EGR circuitry in the ECU and allow PWM boost control. Xenocron can hook you up with what you need or you can send your ECU in and have the components installed for you.
