Default Manifold flanges?

ok if i wanna make my own manifold how do i go about making the flange that attaches to the motor? should i just trace out a basic design and cut it with the torch? im just confused on where to cut the holes for the exhaust ports...

also what could i use to strip the pain off my intercooler?

Check http://www.full-race.com under products, they are at the very bottom of the page.

Also check http://www.cheepturbos.com under flanges.
