Default mac solenoid 12v question

Whats going on H-T.

Kinda got a noob question. Im having a hard time finding a place to tap the 12v ignition source on the Mac Solenoid for boost by gear. The car is a 92 civic hatch. running Hondata s300 etc etc. Im aware of running the 12v source from the ignition wire its self, but I was wanting to tap into the fuse box and use a female plug.

Hondata says to tap into a 12v ignition source. can I tap into either one of these two ports without having to tap into my ignition harness? thanks

Yes, any switched 12v source will do.

i looked everywhere for this plug and found it on the drivers side door of a Honda Accord. 45 minutes well spent for a clean install.
