I might have to look at the IAT chart and see what they have it at vs temperature. Another thing that makes me question what it is also is that it seems to mostly happen at part throttle (I think).
yeah sounds like its 100% air temp corrections

Sounds like a "dry socket" on the board

Elaborate?

Figured out the idle thing, but thats not related to the voltage issues

If the ecu isnt working correctly its usually due to the socketing not being done properly or a dry socket is where the solder doesnt fully penetrate so there is nto contact on that portion of the chip/socket OR could be a defective ecu

I found I forgot the engine ground on the valve cover and the other engine ground on the transmission was loose. I replaced both of them and added a new one next to the ecu ground on the Tstat housing.

This explains why my autometer gauges that were grounded to the engine would freak out sometimes, my VSS wasnt working and wideband. Im just happy it wasnt something more serious.

Yeah that would definatly do it LOL, at least you found it.

So money is comign in pretty good now with my new business. Workign on saving to make the downpayment on my wifes new pilot. Then its time to ship the GSr down here. after that ive got some new plans in store. I will be selling some things if anyone in interested in a turbo, manifold, dp, wg let me know.

Garrett turbo equivalent to an sc60 with .82 hotside
Spa topmount with clocking flange
3" downpipe with 3 bolt flange
Tial 38mm Wastegate w/dumptube

manifold and dp are heatwrapped to keep things cool under the hood. Turbo has about 20k miles on it, doesnt leak any oil, bearings are in perfect condition comes with function7 oil restrictor as well.

The whole setup im looking to get 1000.00 bucks shipped.

What chassis are you running/ i was trying to find out if this will work with a full sized radiator in my dc2 chassis.

Can someone measure frmo the head where the manifold bolts up to the radiator please????

Vtec makes more hp per psi boost but vtec engines cost more. basically if you take an identical turbo setup and mount it on a vtec gsr then a b18b. lets say its a 600whp setup on the vtec, on the b18b you will see about 500whp if you have cams to support it. and that 600 would be on oem itr cams

I've found at least with cams, the LS will run with the P72 head until about 450whp and it just hits a wall

A pic to liven it up a bit lol

I remember seeing your car at the evans meet a few years back, didnt look bad iirc.

My car needs a bunch of body work. Alot of dings and dents from being abused, crashed into etc lol. Car was rear ended and totaled by insurance last year but I was able to fix it for $20 and a trip to the junkyard. But it ruined what used to be the best part of the car =/
