Default LSD Question

Which kind of LSD would be better suited for on a Turbocharched B16, a Clutch type Or Helical type of LSD.A helical is suited for NA but I don't know if it would be safe enough to be used on a turbocharged vehicle

just get a quaife, the clutch types require too much maintenance. between fluid changes and breaking in the clutch discs.

It all depends upon the purpose of the car. You want to use a Quaife slip type for drag racing. A Kaaz/ATS/Cusco Clutch type is more for road racing for 100% locking capability. If you drag race a Clutch type LSD, you'll kill it, very easily.

Someone offered me a LSD taken from a 5th generation JDM civic SIR.as I can see it is a vicious LSD will it be strong enough to keep up when drag racing? Or will a helical limited slip be more suitted for dragracing use, what about the ITR helical LSD
