Default Ls/vtec vs vtec B20

I hope this is not a stupid question, but wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on this bottom end.. I'm building the bottom end for boost looking around 25+psi on a sc61 turbo.

I had a choice between 2 bottom end LS 9.1cc 84mm with gsr head vs an all out 84mm GSR bottom to top. Which could be the great solution to go? GSR would be better for me, but if the LS had more torque/hp then I focus on LS/vtec. I'm aiming for 500+hp.

Thanks for any replies..

wait i dont think i understand you........... but if your saying you have a choice between an 84mm ls block and an 84 mm gsr block....take the gsr....the gsr bottom ends have oil squirters which help cool pistions and you dont have to run an external oil line for vtec...and a block with an ls crank should put more torque out then a gsr crank....the ls crank has about 40cc more stroke....

Could that really work? Everything GSR except with LS crank for high torque? Maybe more research will help, but if someone could answer would be appreciated....
