Ls/vtec turbo RPM peak horsepower?

Default Ls/vtec turbo RPM peak horsepower?
I know that peak horsepower is gonna be at a different RPM depending on what tranny your using. Im a fan of short geared trannys, so I like using my j1 cable transmission. Im not a fan of LS trannys at all and have beaten cars with more hp because I used shorter gearing. At what RPM does an Ls/Vtec turbo make peak horsepower? Does 8200rpm's sound about right for a short geared tranny?

the transmission has nothing to do with your powerband.

your dyno printout should tell you where you are making peak power
