Thinking of doing a LS/Vtec engine for my new boosted engine. I wanted to use the stock bottom end (b18b) with a b16a head. What will my compression ratio be with this combo? Can this combo take 9lbs daily driven not being revved past 7800?

Don't quote me on this, but I think it'll be around 9.5 to 1 on stock pistons, with Si head.

Should take 9psi with no problems. Use a blockguard. Back off timing to 13 degrees BTDC too, and run 1 step colder plugs.
