try a search...
there was a large topic on this not too long ago. I think the majority agreed on Boost, EGT, fuel pressure.

I would say:

Boost Guage
EGT
Oil Pressure
Fuel Pressure

I've got EGT, OIL Pressure, Boost, and I'm thinking about getting a fuel pressure gauge, and a pair of air temp gauges to see how efficient my intercooler is working form in the car.

But that's just me with my water/air intercooler frankensteiner POS

Boost gauge is mandatory, EGT is a very wise investment, air/fuel is mostly a light show.. Fuel pressure is not mandatory but also not a bad idea.. If you are willing to spend the money and dont mind the extra gauges I would have to vote for fuel pressure to be the thrid most important gauge..
