Default ls vtec turbo (falls when shift to 3rd)

hi, My civic ls vtec turbo spun the tires to second at 14 psi all the way but when i put 3rd the car falls in he's nose to 4k and take like a second to start spining the tires again. The wideband is in the 11.ish when i put 3rd in the worst case if is 11.9 isn't that bad to act like that. I no have datalog and i always tune the car on the street. Any sugestions, i call a friend and he tell my to rise the fuel, you guys think this is the right way.

P.S. All start when change the turbo for a bigger one.

Thanks in advance
