ls vtec???help

Default ls vtec???help

I put an ls vtec motor together last week, Went to start it and out of that black canister that the pcv valve runs to 4 quarts of oil came rushing out between the block and that black canister,Replaced o-ring and still.So my question would be what would cause that much pressure to build up like that.....Please help....

are you sure you didnt put the headgasket on the wrong way....and did you plug the head?

Ya, I think I put it on right, Plug head with what? You mean the vtec line.

you need to put a 1/8 inch plug into the bottom of the head and than have it machined down if it doesnt go in all the way.

if not plugged...this would cause a major oil leak.

Sounds like you forgot to plug the oil port in the head.
