Default Ls vtec build questions

Ok so I recently picked up a coupe with a b18a1 b16 trans. I'm wanting to build a ls vtec for boost. I've been reading and not many people using sleeves or forged rods in these only gsr rods. I'm looking to make 350 to 450 on boost. So should I get eagle rods and what not or just keep it stock gsr parts?

The only way you are using GSR rods is with a GSR crankshaft. Keep your LS crankshaft and get LS forged rods. Pick a brand and go with it. The pistons do not matter what they are for as long as it fits your bore. You have so much to learn that I don't think you should be making these decisions. Take your tax return and put it in a fund for your college education.

I second this motion, although my sleeveless motor sounds amazing
