Default LS turbo guys...where do you set your timing?

i have a b18b1 with a small greddy TD04H turbo. i am wanting to leave my timing at the stock setting, but i want to know where you guys are setting your timing at and if you are having any problems.

How much boost.....I ran 10lbs with colder plugs and timing slightly retarded to like 14

8lbs of boost with rc 310cc injectors. my friend has the drag gen 3 kit, which is a bigger turbo and he has his timing set at 13 degrees and he's running 10-11 psi. i figured since i have a smaller turbo than he does, mine doesn't flow as much air as him, so i "should" be fine leaving the timing set at stock setting.

I think you'll be fine leaving your base timing at stock considering your running a small greddy turbo.

when i had a turbo ls i use to set my timing at 8:00...but now that i have a gsr i sleep in

Stock timing of 16 degrees here. It doens't matter really how many pounds you run. If you retarnd the timing too much, you'll have less power under NA. You should have some sort of engine management that will adjust per pound of boost at certain RPMS
