Are LS turbo cams worth it or over rated? What are the best?
I plan on revving to 8k on a built LS engine and head. Are stock cams any good or are the Turbo LS cams like crowers super good? just wondering if turbo cams work for the dollar.
What are you alls fav. LS turbo cams?

past 6500 the stock cams pretty much become a restriction. If you want to rev that high look into the crower 403 cams and absolutley get the dual valve springs and titanium retainers that crower highly reccomends. IF you were going to keep stock redline , the stock valve train could probably cut it, but being that you want to rev higher , thats why you would want to upgrade the valve train. Also look into some cam gears. I know that crower sells the 402T (Turbo Nitrous) cams or whatever , but you will find numerous posts about how the 403 cams make more power then the 402Ts even under boost and all the way up to 7,500rpm +.
