The TIAL 38mm is probably the best one to get for the money I got mine for around 250 but I have also used Turbonetics Deltagates on a setup like yours with no problem (deltagate cost me 150 used.)
The 35mm is discountinued so your best bet is the 38mm replacement. I got my 35mm brand new for $175 in FI classifieds, talk to ben @ importparts he can do the 38mm wastegate for like $210
On spring, remmeber you can go higher but no lower, i woudl suggest maybe a .45 bar spring, 6.5 psi, good place to start
Also consider upgrading your mani, i dont trust those drag manifolds

Ummm...I am assuming that you meant to say exhuast manifold, and not intake, because the wastegate goes on the exhaust side of the turbo.
Go with a tial if you are going to go external, they make good stuff.

With a boost controller, manual or electronic; you can only turn UP the boost.
So get a 4PSI spring, and use the BC to up the boost to 8PSI.
Otherwise, if you got an 8psi spring, you could go up, but never down.
