hey guys i got all my turbo set up..but the company sent a 50mm wastegate. heres the deal, im running a stock block b16 w a t3/t4 turbo, .50 cold side .84 hot..stage 5 wheel..etc..im goin w neptune for the management side..but i was wondering if anyone knew if it would b safe to use that wastegate or jus get a 38mm?

What's the spring rating? 8psi, 10psi, 15psi etc............. I believe you will be fine as long as you have the right spring.

 

11.5 spring rate..also have a manual boost controller

 

What brand wastegate do you have?

 

well if you didn't pay more for the wastegate then you're in luck! I'll trade you my brand new Tial 38mm for it if its also a Tial. I'll even throw in shipping on both items!!

Tial doesn't make a 50mm wastegate. They make a 50mm BOV though.

it came w setup i got..but some was the wrong crap..im all confused..jus tryin to figure out if it will b safe w stock internals..

 

did the company say they were gonna send u a tial wastegate? cuz tial doesnt make a 50mm wastegate they make a 50mm blow off valve. do u have pics of the product?
