ls rods + stock d16 pistons
including 2.5mm head gasket and good fuel management. do yall think i can make 250hp and low 13's with this set up?

I don't see why not. LS rods are supposed to be good to around 300 Hp from what I've seen. You'd want forged D16 pistons though. The gasket would probably be a good ideaif you're not sleeving. Timeslips are up to you though.

how much did u need to modify the LS rods to fit??
i wonder if it's needed to fit a D16Z6
i can u can easily make 250... didn't VTC_Civic made like 200 WHP with stock internals??

I have a Supercharged 97 Coupe.. At the VERY LEAST, shotpeen your current rods. Integra Rods have more chromeum (sp?), that would be the best option.

Definetly get some forged piston's at least! IMO, if your in there you might as well do what you can.

I have so used LS rods I would basically give anyone who asked. I still have them in my garage, but my expanding tool collection means some of the **** must go. LMK.

Power's not cheep my freind. It can be made CHEEPER, but do you really want to cut corner's? Especially on major part's that have the potential to destroy the entire engine?
