Ls rods and d16z6 pistons.
It can with modification to the LS rods and new bushings made for them also. Not worth it unless you can get machine work done cheaply and DEFINITLY not worth putting with stock d16z6 pistons. If you want full advantage of the stronger LS rods (weaker than aftermarket rods, stronger than D rods) you should also use an aftermarket piston at least.
