Everything sound nice, I dont know a lot about the E-manage but i know it still a piggy back. It allow tuning but i dont think it have all the feature all the other Stand Alone have, So i think you should look into a Stand Alone system. I think some 7XXcc injector should be good enough for the power you plan on making.
I like what you are thinking of doing with your block. If your goals are 300-350 whp, you'll need to do it to run that power daily/reliably. I really think you'd be wasteing your time putting all that money into the head because you can make over 300 hp easy on an ls with the stock head. If anything, look into getting a vtec tranny if you really want to spend money.
The drag kit is ok, but you could do better, especially with the manifold. Look into piecing a kit together yourself. I would also ditch the greddy e-manage and go with hondata, much better software. Find a good stage III clutch and you should be fine.

Thanks, and keep the posts coming. Im debating having dh-racing put the dual valve springs/retainers in with the package. You can actually pick up that head package from them for about $600bucks. Their head interests me because it will be fresh and not have the XXXXXXmiles my ls has. Also with the port/polish work I was hoping to free up the poor stock flow and allow me to hopefully run less boost. but make more power with the head.
management im still debating on. hondata sound really great but ill also be looking forward to converting to obd1, from obd0. ill have to search for a clear word for word step by step tutorial for the conversion if i go hondata. yes the car will be a daily driver. also i forgot to mention, arp headbolts etc. in the setup. Ive read that yes the drag maifold isn't the greatest because of wastegate location, but its something i will upgrade after everything is running smoothly.
anymore opinions/options?

sounds really good. with the right setup you can easily make 300whp on 10psi so you should make 350 easily with that setup and still be very reliable. good luck
