Default LS/VTEC with a Garrett GT35/40R

I was looking at a GT35/40R turbo to use with a LS/VTEC 1.8. Specs are [W.d, Trim, AR] Compressor 82mm 56 .70 Turbine 68mm 84 .82
Anybody have any idea when I would see boost with this?Im thinking not till like 5-6000rpm.The car is going to be used as a drag strip and some street action as well with the hp goals being close to 400whp.The bottom end is built but still unsleeved so I cant go much further that 400 mark.I realize this is overkill turbo but the price is right as I couldn't afford a brand new one. Thanks

Also anybody know what a new turbine housing is worth?I was thinking a switch to a .63 ar would really help.

OMFG that turbo is huge..... umm lag please?? have a friend who put this on his 2.6L inline 6 Skyline. made 683 WHP on moderate boost. this is what i call serious overkill on your car. waste of money, and car would be no fun to drive. would be surpised if u could hit more than a few psi in first gear. get something else. if u are short on money then why dont u try the normal garret 270/360 thrust bearing turbos... generally go for about 525-550 ish. like a 57T/.63AR would be very nice for your app IMO.
