Default ls block with b20 block

hey guys i was searchin around and i was running into this ls block and b20 head giving you lower compression. My friend is thinking of doing that. he's saying that he'll have better flow since the ports are a lil bigger on the b20 than the b18 head. has anyone done this before and actually noticed gain or big drop? He's thinking about going turbo or nitrous. any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks
