Exhaust would definitely help your numbers. You have a small exhaust system, and on top of that you dont even have a straight through muffler. I'm positive by just doing exhaust you will get a nice gain on your setup.

Re: Next "Stage" for my turbo gsr (EVIL Hx Coupe)
doing exhaust meaning go from the twin loop to a straight through design??
i am getting my car street/dyno tuned for more boost and fuel the 29th. if i were to switch to a straight through exhaust after that would i need ANOTHER tune?

Well going to a straight through muffler alone would even help. But, if you did the whole thing you would get more of a gain.
You wont HAVE to tune if you do the exhaust after, but you'd probably be better off doing exhaust and then tuning, it'll change the way the turbo flows to some extent, so you should be able to get more out of it by tuning with it.

upgrade to 3" downpipe/exhaust, youll notice a difference from the 2.25" exhaust with a twin loop muffler.
EDIT, nevermind, i actually read the ending of the first post

good deal
i am running the blitz SBC-ID right now and i am having trouble getting it to boost past 7.3-7.5 psi - even when the controller is set at 10psi. it was suggested that a greddy proflec spec 2 would correct that. i was under the impression it had something to do with the greddy internal wastegate...
any ideas?

Re: Next "Stage" for my turbo gsr (Integra21)
im not looking for the fastest turbo teg "evArr" - just a nice quick DD
those numbers were with a stock cat, 7psi, and 2.25 exhaust - sounds like stock except for the spool and bov.
yea sure i could port the turbo and wastegate, upgrade the flapper, go 2.5 DP to 3in exhaust...and make more power... but thats not my goal for the car.

sure, the profec could cure the problem, but it shouldn't come down to buying another EBC when youve already got a perfectly good one.
how is it setup as far as vac. sources to the actuator?

my thought exactly
at idle vac. is -22 to -23psi

Just wondering here, why did you buy 440cc injectors? The price different between 440s and 880s are like $20. You have a hondata, why not get something larger so you will never have to upgrade again?
I run 880cc in my dohc ZC and it runs and idles great. Get the same great honda gas milage too.

It sounds like the 440's are going to be the biggest he will need for this car as of now. Came off as if 10-11 psi was going to be the highest and furthest he pushes this car, so he should be good with those.
BUT, i do see your point and i too would have done the same in the situation.
I was more so asking about how your vac. setup is with the actual lines from the source > EBC > Wastegate actuator?

Re: (Thurman_Merman)
I would send the 440s back and get some 550's....I maxed out my 440's with a basic set up...but then again i didnt have a way to raise fuel pressure so i just bought 550's instead of a regulator..the price difference between the injectors is $10 or less so you might as well be prepared

that's the first thing i thought... why would you buy rc440's? you're gonna max those out awfully quick...
