Default low compression with boost VS higher compression with less boost

You Honda guys probably have to deal with this situation since your motors all come from factory with somewhat high compression, so i decided to make a thread here. I'm curious to learn a little more about power comparison of having low compression motor with a set amount of boost VS the same motor with slightly higher compression but pushin less boost. Anyone have any good articles on this?
