Default low compression after lots of blow by

Today I went racing and after one of the races I opened my hood to see a bunch of oil all over my engine. It all came from the breather since I dont have a catch can nor the return line to the intake. I want to say that it was about a 16th of a quart since my dip stick still registers 5 quarts, but it was a lot of oil over my intake and surrounding. I have never ever had blow by before this.
Anyhow, I get home and do a compression check and I get
Cyl 1 210 Cyl 2 210 cyl 3 210 cyl 4 100
I had done a check 2 days ago and it was 210 all across.
So what do you guys think?
any suggestions?
thanks
Oh, my setup is an 03 RSX with a Greddy turbo kit @12 psi with stock internals and methanol injection.

I'd say rings or ringlands if the RSX is plagued by the same thing that plagues every other Honda motor. Do a leakdown test to narrow it down.

I have to agree, you probably cracked the piston ring(s). You might have had some detonation either from improper tunning or even a tank of bad gas, but that is rare.

It's bad to run the stock PCV system in a boosted Honda. There's no real exit for the crankcase pressure except for the breather on your valve cover. I think every boosted Honda owner who's still running the stock PCV setup should read this: http://www.beesandgoats.com/bo...l#PCV

PCV? whats that?
Anyhow, update on the problem
I talked to my friend that is an Acura tech and he told me that he thought that it might be a bent exhaust valve.
He told me to put 2 tea spons of oil in my low cylinder and to try it again. I did that and the compression came up to 150. He said that its probably the rings, but also may be a bent valve.. I have misshifted in the car before, so the possibility is still there.
My car doesnt smoke at all and everything seems fine exept the low compression on that one cylinder that is further away from the throtle body.
Keep in mind that my car was meticulously tuned and I was actually datalogging when this happened and my AF never went above 11.9
When I pulled my spark plugs to do the compression test, all of them looked perfect! nice and brown and with no oil nor coolant on them......
Do you guys think that I will be alrigth driving the car easy like this for the next month until i can do a rebuilt?>

You can drive on it for a while but dont race it. Replace all the main bearings when you do the rebuild.

Nice numbers, and sounds like the rings. I don't know much about the K series engines, but I'm assuming they are still cast pistons. Only real way to tell is to pull the head, check the valves, if they are fine, then the problem lies in the bottom end.
