Loud Popping when boosting!

I have a 97 GSR with a Greddy kit on it in my EK.... i opened up my fuel pressure regulator (AEM) to fix the vacuum fitting but now when i start boosting it POPS really really LOUD and looses power, i need suggestions really bad... thanks guys!!

could be a misfire from your plugs. mine used to do this until i re-gapped them closer.

Definitely sounds like plugs...pull em out and check them...
