starting problems . what to look at??????

sup guys , im wondering if theres too much fuel or not enough fuel at startup thats causing problrms . i have to start the car like a carburated car , turn the key and press the pedal down . should i turn the fuel up or down , or look at somthin else????

setup is a d16y8 greddy kit with 440's and emanage. thanks

hardly , psi at the rail is almost 50
