Lost lots of coolant taking out turbo, should i just drain/refill or flush or other?

Lost lots of coolant taking out turbo, should i just drain/refill or flush or other?
ok what should i do when i put all my **** back?
1. just do the bleed procedure and add coolant (i have no idea how)
2. drain radiator, refill
3. drain/flush everything and all that bulshit..
note, i'm stupid and when i installed my turbo, i filled up the coolant lines to the turbo with tap water (wasn't much, just the lines and the turbo housing which holds jackshit).. so is this bad or not?
