Default Loosing some boost

Well I finally am boosting.... However the max boost I get is .24 bar out of a possible .45 bar. Any Ideas where I may be leaking boost? I Quadruple Checked the charge pipes and tightened as much as possbile. One thing that I was thinking that the intake pipe I am usin is 2 1/4 size. Is there not enough air going in? Thanks for any help

Yes, the spring. On the deltagates there is a nut on top of a threaded shaft. Take an allen head wrench and regular wrench to break the nut loose. Screw the allen head shaft till about 1 or 2 threads show with the bolt on. If you still have problems, take the nut off and screw the threads in some more, keep the nut in a safe place if you need it in the future.

You might try hooking your boost guage and wastegate up to the same vacuum source, if nothing else, you'll be able to see how much boost your wastegate is seeing...

it is and its reading .24 bar. At one point before BOV and some other stuff I was getting .27 bar and even .35 bar..... It has fluctuated a lot, dunno why

I check BOV, it working fine without leaks, also how do you adjust wastegate, I have TIAL......

you cant adjust the TIAL. How many T's are you using in a single vacuum source? what are your plugs gapped at?
