I am currently re-working my Spare ZC for 350Hp.
I am just looking to what some people's setup's are. I know that this sound's kinda "newbie", but the D sereis are not that easy to make big power out of(like the B series).
This the setup I current have proposed. Please look it over and tell me if I'm on the right track, and maybe even throw some new thing's at me I've missed.
JE ZC piston's in 9:1 75.5mm(swain ceramic coated top's, and moly coated sides)
Head shaved As much as clearence will allow(trying for a 10:1)
Crower Rod's
Custom Dual block gaurd setup(similar to posting)
O ring'd
Ceramic coated valves
Port/polish ZC head
Extrude honed Intak mani
ACL berring's
Fuel system:
255 Walbo
Stock fuel lines
ZDyne
450cc injectors
Misc:
3" exhaust
3" DP/cat
Custom log style header
Hahn racecraft 20G(maybe 16G?)
Boost 18-20
water injection before IC
Crane ignition system
2.5" intake piping
Greddy typeR BOV
(there might be some stuff I missed)
What do you think?

Re: Looking for Built D series people: What's the most HP you've been able to reach? (Bryson)
My z6 made 382whp at 24psi on dfi, pulling its way to an 11.9 1/4. That car was totaled and the engine found a new home in my eg, me being the 2nd owner.
thats 8:1 cr, 30 over, sleeves, solid deck, the whole shebang... My 3b setup is just about ready to tune. Sad thing is, I dont want to tune anymore! I'm on the verge of getting another car, something far away from Honda's.
