A little more setup advice...
Hey guys...need some advice. I have the following setup:
GSR motor
JE 9:1 pistons
completly rebuilt motor
Garret t04E turbo
Vortec FMU
Zex plugs
Zex Inline fuel pump/booster
At 1/4 throttle or more, my a/f meter goes lean. Whats my problem? I'm only running 6psi on 93 octane with a bottle of octane booster in every tank. I posted this before and came up with the following:
I need to use the 9:1 disk w/ some 310cc injectors and my ZEX pump, correct?
Someone also said something about a Resistor box...what is this and where can I get it? Also...I could use Prelude injectors, since they are 310s, right?

Re: A little more setup advice... (95civicturbo)
1. Octane has nothing to do with rich/lean
2. at 1/4 throttle, you are running a stock P72 ecu, you are prob not having enough injector duration, even with FMU w/stock injectors. That's why you need 310's. The 9:1 disk tries to "match" your fuel demand with the amount of boost.
3. I don't know what a H22(prelude) came with
4. If you run the wrong type of injector, you will burn up your stock controller. I think high impeadence is what you want. You can get a set from RC enginnering or Greddy for like $75 ea.

Thanks, anyone else got anything? Is there a specific injector I need? What about a set of blue-top DSMs? If that will work...I've already got a set.
