Default In line pump or in tank

which type of pump should i use in my 1993 civic D16Z6 tyrbo?? i have a vortech 12:1 FMU, FMIC, stock injectors so do i want a 255plh in tank or a inline????? im very confused about this. please help

depends on what kind of numbers you wnat to be pushing out, if you have an avcr , etc etc and pushing more then 10 psi, i say intank,. but if your runing stock injector and a 12;1 FMU and wont be boostingmuhc, i say inline.

FMU's need alot fuel pressure...so I believe hat the inline would suit you better w/ your FMU.

You are TOTALLY WRONG. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION.

It is the exact opposite. If you want to be safe with an 12:1 FMU, you MUST HAVE AN INLINE PUMP. An Intank pump can not support the high fuel pressures of the 12:1 FMU.

Please do NOT post if you do not know what you are talking about.

ok so lets say i get an inline pump to use with my 12:1 FMU, what sort of boost pressure can i run and what power should i expect from this setup on a D16Z6??

ALSO where can i purchase one of these inline pumps and what spec does it need to be???? Im in the UK so i need to buy from a company that will ship to the UK?? please help cos no one in the UK knows anything about TURBO hondas.

YEAH, an FMU, in order to opperate correctly does need allot of pressure, more than that of what an intank can handle.

tried it cant find exactly what im after, i need the pump spec and a supplier who will ship to the UK!!! also i need to know what power and boost i can run with a 12:1 FMU and in line pump

How comes the apexi kit comes with an FMU and IN TANK pump???
