I just purchased a Tial wastegate and When I look at the bottom where it connects to the manifold, you can see light through it. I am new to turbo and just want to make sure this is correct. In my mind I would think it would seal. Just wanting to make sure part is good? Thanks....

there should be a ring that fills in that gap. This is easily overlooked.

yep you need the fire ring seat
