Leaking OIL!!!

As of late I have noticed some oil literally "spraying" from a needle-size hole in my downpipe onto my IC piping. And ever since last Wednesday, the damn oil pump seal has started to freakin leak oil also. Could this be related to the low OIL pressure I am getting (0 psi @ idle...but gradually moves up when revving)? Any help would be appreciated?

I think most people will tell you 0PSI at idle is not good and you should have checked the oil pump a lot sooner
